Potage à la courge poivrée

Quantité: 4 portions Préparation: 25 minutes Cuisson: 40 minutes
2 c. à soupe d'huile
3 poireaux, coupés en rondelles
1 gousse d’ail, coupée en deux
1 courge poivrée ( 850 g )
2 pommes moyennes, coupées en morceaux
4 tasses de bouillon de poulet
¼ c. à thé de poivre
1 c. à soupe d’herbes de Provence
PRÉPARATION
Dans un poêle, à feu moyen-élevé, chauffer l'huile et faire revenir le poireau 3 minutes.
Ajouter l'ail et poursuivre la cuisson 1 minute.
Ajouter la courge et la pomme. Cuire 2 minutes.
Verser le bouillon, le poivre et les herbes, porter à ébullition.
Réduire le feu et laisser mijoter 35 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que les aliments soient tendres.
Broyer pour obtenir une texture lisse.
