1/4 ou 1/2 courge Hubbard* (selon le nombre de personnes)
Huile Assaisonnements selon votre inspiration
* Courges suggérées : Pink Banana, Blue Guatemala, Kabocha et Potiron roug
1. Préchauffer le four à 400 F (200 C).
2. Préparer la courge à l'aide d'un gros couteau, éplucher et couper la courge en forme de bâtonnets de 1 x 10 cm (3/8 x 4 po).
3. Dans un gros bol, mélanger les bâtonnets de courge, l'huile et les épices.
4. Couvrir une plaque de cuisson d'un papier d'aluminium.
5. Répartir les frites sur la plaque.
6. Cuire au four 40 minutes ou jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient tendres.
7. Pour avoir des frites plus croustillantes: lorsque les frites sont tendres, mettre le four à gril jusqu'à ce qu'elles deviennent croustillantes.
