Poêlée d'artichauts aux herbes

Quantité: 2 à 4 portions Préparation: 25 minutes Cuisson: 20 minutes
(légumes d’accompagnement)
2 tasses d'eau
1 c. à soupe de jus de citron
5 artichauts (petits à moyens), coupés en quartiers
3 c. à soupe d’huile d’olive
2 gousses d’ail, hachées finement
1 échalote française, haché finement
2 c. à soupe de persil frais, ciselé (ou séché)
2 c. à soupe de basilic frais, ciselé (ou séché)
Sel et poivre
PRÉPARATION
1.Dans une casserole, cuire les artichauts préparés dans l’eau citronnée. Emmener à ébullition et
laisser mijoter 5 à 7 minutes. Égoutter.
2. Dans une poêle, chauffer l'huile à feu moyen. Faire revenir l'ail, l'échalote et les artichauts jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés.
3. Ajouter les herbes. Saler et poivrer et poursuivre la cuisson 2 minutes.
Servir avec un poisson, une volaille ou comme garniture d’un plat de pâtes.
