Potage à la Butternut et au sirop d’érable

Portions: 4 portions Préparation: 30 minutes Cuisson: 35 minutes
2 c. à soupe d’huile
2 oignons, coupés en cubes 4 cm (1 1/2 po)
1 courge Butternut* de 1,4 kg (3 lbs), coupée en cubes de 4 cm (1 1/2 po)
4 tasses (1 litre) de bouillon de poulet
1 grosse pomme, épluchée et coupée en cubes de 4 cm (1 1/2 po)
Sel et poivre
1/4 tasse (65 ml) de sirop d’érable
* Courges suggérées : famille musqué
PRÉPARATION
1.Couper la courge en cubes.
2. Dans un grand chaudron, à feu moyen, chauffer l'huile et faire revenir les oignons 5 minutes.
3. Ajouter les courges, le bouillon, la pomme, le sel et le poivre.
4. Porter à ébullition. Réduire le feu à moyen-élevé et faire bouillir 35 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que les courges soient tendres.
5. Ajouter le sirop d'érable.
6. Passer au robot et servir.
