Dessert de délicata à l'érable

Quantité: selon vos besoins Préparation: 10 à 20 minutes Cuisson: 30 minutes

Courge délicata ou poivrée (selon le nombre de convives)

Sirop d'érable ou cassonade

Noix au choix (pacanes, noix de grenoble, amandes), hachés grossièrement

PRÉPARATION

Préchauffer le four à 350 F (180 C).
Couper la courge en deux. Enlever les graines et les filaments.
Remplir les cavités de sirop d'érable ou de cassonade et parsemer de noix.
Recouvrir une plaque de cuisson d'un papier d'aluminium et déposer les demi-courges farcies.
Cuire au four 30-35 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que la courge soit cuite.
