Tarte à la citrouille

Quantité: 1 tarte Préparation: 20 minutes Cuisson: 40 minutes
3 tasses de citrouille, râpée
1 tasse de lait condensé sucré
1 tasse de cassonade
3 œufs
1/2 c. à thé de cannelle
1/4 c. à thé de muscade
1 abaisse de pâte à tarte
PRÉPARATION
Préchauffer le four à 400 F (200 C).
Râper la citrouille.
Dans un bol moyen, mélanger tous les ingrédients, sauf l'abaisse.
Mouler l'abaisse dans une assiette profonde de 23 cm (9 po). Verser le mélange et répartir la citrouille râpée.
Cuire au four 10 minutes.
Réduire la température à 350 F (180 C) et poursuivre la cuisson 30 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que le mélange soit figé au centre.
